Why Do We Need Host Families?

Every summer we have the opportunity to welcome college aged players to our city for a NC Fusion USL team experience. These players are between the ages of 18-24, and come from colleges/universities all over the country and around the world! During the summer this team will host home games at the Truist Sports Park.

Providing home stays are in line with our core value of community by supporting current collegiate athletes during their summer break while also allowing the player to chase their dream of professional soccer.

Requirements

Provide a supportive home from May 1 – Aug 3rd.
Host Families are responsible for providing a safe and friendly environment with a bedroom and access to a bathroom.
Families living in the general Triad area. Living in Triad Area in key for many visiting players who may not have a car and thus require assistance to get to training and matches.
Three meals per day.
